Do you offer a free shipping service?

Yes! Free express shipping service is provided by SEXXICO. PLEASE NOTE You may incur extra shipping costs if the address is a remote location (at standard market rates).

How long does delivery take?

Depends on which country you live in. The product will ship within 1 business day after purchase. For US, UK, JP can be quickly, about 3-5 days you will get the product. But the time for other countries will be longer, in the range of 3-15 days.

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date then please check with your neighbors to see if the courier has left the parcel at their house, also check any safe areas that the driver may have left your parcel, such as the garden shed or porch.

Before contacting us please check the tracking link we sent in your despatch email to view up-to-date tracking information.

If you still can’t find your parcel or want an update on your order, then please contact [email protected] quoting your order number.

Why haven’t received an order confirmation email?

If you’ve not had a confirmation email, then please check your junk mail folder to make sure it’s not in there.

Please note that once your order has been placed, we’re not able to resend your confirmation email. To check that your order has been received, log in to your account on the SEXXICO website, then go to the orders section of the ‘My Account’ area.

How to check the status of my package?

Get your tracking number from order detail or your email send from SEXXICO, then go to our “track your order” page, enter your order tracking number, then you will see the latest package information.


I didn’t receive all the products I ordered. What should I do?

Please email us immediately with your order ID number and photos of the shipping label, of the SKU model number on the back of the product box, and of all the products you did receive. Send all photos to [email protected].

How will my delivery be shipped?

We are concern about the delivery time, we will choose the best shipping ways for you according to your location, and we promise you can get the products in 3-15 days.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route. So please leave the right place information for us. If this problem is happening, please contact us quickly, we can talk about what is going on and how to fix it.

What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?

Providing the best service for you is our goal, we try to avoid this mistake happen. If this truly happens, please contact us for the first time, tell us what your thoughts and lets find out how to fix. If you wanna return it, item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging(make sure that does not affect the secondary sale). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What should I do if I need to change the delivery address of an order?

We will make the change if notified on time. However, please note that once an order is processed and sent to the warehouse we cannot change the address. Please leave the right address carefully, that is important.

Re-Shipping an order

If an order is returned to us because of customer error, such as providing an incorrect address or ordering the wrong product, we need to charge a specific fee(according to the order) to reship the item to you. But, if an order is returned to us because of any error on our end, we will not charge the fee.
